Open Source Nurse Call Integration (PBX + other)
How it works
Server software receives nurse call messages from the nurse call company's equipment, parses the message, then sends the text of the message to a cordless handset, wall board, computer screen, database, web page, email or IM chat client.
When the message is cleared at the nurse call station (bed station for example), the system updates notification endpoints to clear the message.
Reports can be generated from the logs by third party application developers or by nursepaging's custom report generation scripts and emailed on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis to any number of users.
